The CRIBWARE SB software integrates the 24/7 Supply Bay into a Tool Management System. It presents an easy to use, Windows 95, 98, NT user interface, designed for your shop floor users. It is a complete Tool Management System with the inventory control and tool tracking needed to deliver a complete, accurate accounting of your tooling and manufacturing accessories consumption. The CRIBWARE SB Software is the core building block of a completely expandable tool management solution.

  • Manages two inventory locations (main inventory location and one 24/7 Supply Bay).
  • Signals restock notifications for each Supply Bay unit independently.

CRIBWARE presents both a "snap shot" history of a single item, and detailed reporting of complete complete purchase, receiving, and/or usage history of a group of related items. This information is available on a real-time basis.

Reports

Over 120 different report variations are available within CRIBWARE to provide comprehensive information for timely decision making. These reports are easily printed, may be viewed on your computer screen or stored as a file. Examples of the reports available include:

  • Item location
  • Item vendor listing
  • Inventory valuation
  • Item usage
  • Tool history
  • Obsolete items
  • Over due items

Additional Supply Bay Unit License

Your CRIBWARE SB system treats each 24/7 Supply Bay as an inventory location. Additional 24/7 Supply Bay units require an additional unit/location license.

The additional Supply Bay unit license:

  • Adds additional inventory locations for additional Supply Bay units.
  • Produces inventory and usage reporting for all inventory locations or by individual Supply Bay unit.
  • Accumulates usage and inventory information on all Supply Bay units.

Additional User License

Your CRIBWARE SB system may be configured for a single user or as a multi user system. In its base configuration, the CRIBWARE SB supports access for a single user. Additional user licenses may be purchased to allow multi user access to your 24/7 Supply Bay inventory status and tool management information. The system counts a user as a "logged in user", inactive users do not count toward your multi-user license total. Since the CRIBWARE SB system is expandable, you may purchase additional user licenses at any time as your needs grow.

The additional user license:

  • Adds additional users for greater integration into your corporate network.
  • Allows access by purchasing, manufacturing engineering, quality control, maintenance, and management personnel to your integrated CRIBWARE /Supply Bay system.
  • Controls multi level security access.
