Who Should Attend? Anyone involved in product design or system administration of Solid Edge: designers, engineers, system administrators or senior staff responsible for strategic decision making for engineering or manufacturing. Duration: 4 Days Description: Solid Edge Assemblies course exposes users to more of the advanced functionalities within Solid Edge Assemblies that are not included in the Fundamentals course. Users will create designs using bottom-up, top-down and blended assembly methods. In this course users will explore motion, XpresRoute, assembly management and alternate assemblies. Anyone involved in product design or system administration of Solid Edge: designers, engineers, system administrators or senior staff responsible for strategic decision making for engineering or manufacturing. Duration: 3 Days Description: Solid Edge Sheet Metal course provides the training you staff needs to be effective using the sheet metal environment. The user will learn how to create sheet metal parts which maintain the design intent even when changes are made to the material thickness or bend radius.There are two objectives for this course. The first objective is to learn the fundamental tools required to get started and understand the use of Solid Edge. The second objective is to learn the tools and process of creating and editing sheet metal parts. If you have already taken the Solid Edge Fundamentals Course or have mastered the use of the Solid Edge fundamental tools, then you can go directly to the Sheet Metal specific lessons. More... Anyone involved in product design or system administration of Solid Edge: designers, engineers, system administrators or senior staff responsible for strategic decision making for engineering or manufacturing. Duration: 2 Days Description: Solid Edge Surfacing course introduces the student to the surfacing creation, editing and analysis tools within Solid Edge. Students learn how to create shapes that cannot be created by standard modeling techniques by using b-curves and other developed curves.
